How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is simple. Just select your desired product, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is processed as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can use this code to monitor the status of your package.


Returns

How do I return my order?
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please send an email to sales@taplite.com and await your instructions.

What are the return conditions?

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • When reasonably possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging.
  • Personalized products cannot be returned.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or has been delivered incorrectly. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
